This effect speaks a distinct "cyber grunge" aesthetic — a fusion of dystopian tech and analog decay. The high-contrast spray paint edges, warped halftone glow, and circuit-like overlays nod to Y2K glitchcore, while the granular textures and distorted type hint at retro-futurist militarism. It's like Ghost in the Shell, underground art, and a Soviet microchip manual come united.
