Kodai is a dynamic display typeface that combines expressive, handwritten influences with a sharp, angular design. Built on a strong italic axis, it captures the energy of handwritten gestures, translating them into sharp forms that give each word a sense of forward momentum. The typeface's angular details and contrasting strokes give it a bold, contemporary personality, making it particularly suited to headlines, editorial layouts, visual identities and expressive typographic compositions.
